Processing

Orders ship after a valid prescription is received, reviewed, verified, and passes quality review. Times vary with formulation complexity and volume.

Cold chain

Temperature-sensitive medications ship in insulated packaging with cold packs and expedited service. Inspect the package on arrival and follow the storage instructions.

Delivery areas & tracking

We ship only where dispensing is permitted by law. Tracking is provided when available; carrier updates may lag.

Once delivered

Responsibility for handling and storage passes to the recipient. We aren’t liable for carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Returns
